Universidad de las Américas is seeking a Medicine - Pediatrics Lecturer to guide students through their educational journey based on the institution's academic methodology. You will use current pedagogical tools to prepare, update, and deliver course content within a global context.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, update, and teach assigned courses, seminars, or workshops according to workload distribution.
- Support academic directors and coordinators in developing documents and academic activities.
- Participate in faculty training processes as required by the institution.
- Serve on degree committees where your expertise is needed.
- Provide individual or group tutoring to students in your assigned subjects.
- Develop and make available the syllabi for the subjects you will teach.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar academic role.
- Specific, demonstrable experience in Teaching.
- Practical knowledge of modern learning techniques.
- Experience with student service techniques.
- Intermediate proficiency with Office software.
