Weekday AI is hiring a Medical Fellows (Must be in Fellowship)

We are recruiting clinical fellows from various medical specialties (excluding radiology) to participate in an innovative AI research initiative. This opportunity focuses on advanced medical reasoning utilizing intricate laboratory datasets and targets professionals adept at interpreting diagnostic information and applying sophisticated clinical judgment. Candidates will partner with AI research teams to evaluate, enhance, and rigorously test medical reasoning capabilities within artificial intelligence systems. Key responsibilities include designing comprehensive diagnostic case scenarios and constructing detailed scoring frameworks to determine high-quality clinical response standards. Note: A compensated 2-hour training session and successful completion of a skills evaluation are mandatory prerequisites for project involvement. Role Requirements: - Currently participating in a U.S.-based Fellowship program - Non-radiology medical specialty - Possess a U.S. MD or DO degree - Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities - Meticulous attention to detail with robust analytical and critical-thinking competencies - Adaptable to fully remote and asynchronous work environments - Passionate about advancing healthcare through artificial intelligence Opportunity Details: - Completely remote and flexible work structure - Expected weekly engagement: 20–40 hours - Minimum project commitment: three months, with potential continuation Compensation & Contract Terms: - U.S. residency required - Well-defined role with transparent expectations - Weekly compensation processed through Stripe Connect ($130 per hour)
