Nestlé is hiring a Medical Delegate to develop, close, and activate the entry of the Nestlé portfolio into private institutions (clinics, chains, insurers). You will ensure national consistency, compliance, and profitable growth by securing organic sell-out and building strategic partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Ensure all activities comply with Nestlé Policy, implementing the WHO Code and local regulations.
- Identify key decision-makers and KOLs (medical directors, procurement, finance, Pediatrics/Neonatology coordinators), mapping influencers and access points.
- Develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that foster the recommendation of Nestlé brands and services.
- Manage the preparation of proposals and commercial terms alongside the Sales team.
- Analyze and understand the needs of each private and public institution, leveraging all available channels.
- Create and manage a specific action plan for each institution to increase recommendation share against competitors.
- Coordinate with the local medical delegate (agenda, access, events) and train key institution staff.
- Ensure the sell-out of existing brands and products in each institution alongside the local DDMM.
- Coordinate with KAMs from pharmacy distributors for performance reviews, expansion plans, objection handling, and contract renewals.
- Evaluate ROI of investment and discuss necessary adjustments for plan development.
- Gather market insights (pricing, competition, barriers, new players) and provide feedback to the Sales team.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Physiology, Medicine, Biology, Pharmacology, Nursing, Food Science, or another related discipline in Human Sciences or Nutrition.
- 5 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or marketing in a consumer goods company, developing institutional channels.
- Advanced proficiency with office productivity software.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the National Field Operation Manager.
Work Mode
This is a local, city-based role located in Lima, Perú.
