Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to patients regarding outstanding balances, using clear and respectful communication
- Address billing inquiries and work toward timely resolution of account issues
- Assist with billing operations during high-volume periods to maintain workflow efficiency
- Coordinate regularly with an internal billing team in a hybrid support model
