HireHawk is looking for a Medical Collections Specialist to join a growing medical practice. In this role, you will provide AR collections and billing support, working directly with an in-house billing team to deliver exceptional service to patients regarding their account balances.
What You'll Do
- Conduct patient-facing AR collections calls during Pacific Time office hours with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients regarding account balances while maintaining the practice's brand reputation
- Support billing operations during peak periods and growth phases to ensure a seamless workflow
- Collaborate closely with the in-house billing team under a hybrid staffing model
- Maintain quality service standards and cultural sensitivity in all patient interactions

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $1,000 - $1,300 USD
