Account specific roles & responsibilities: • Perform eligibility and benefits verification for treatments, hospitalizations, and procedures. • Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtaining any missing information. • Following up on unpaid claims within the standard billing cycle timeframe. • Calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary • Identifying and billing secondary or tertiary insurances. Job Description: • Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat). • Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services. • Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues • Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
