About the Role

This position ensures precise charting, documentation, and billing integrity by maintaining complete and compliant patient records within EMR platforms, supporting a coordinated care delivery model.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and update patient medical records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support billing accuracy by aligning documentation with coding and regulatory standards.
  • Verify, reconcile, and submit insurance claims in coordination with finance and billing teams.
  • Communicate with healthcare providers to resolve documentation gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Stay current with evolving documentation and billing compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate daily with U.S.-based physicians, nurse practitioners, and medical support staff to maintain efficient clinic operations.
