Responsibilities
- Develop specialized knowledge and skills relevant to assigned clinic or specialty area.
- Complete required documentation such as disability forms and temperature monitoring, while adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
- Measure and record patient vitals, height, weight, and assist with rooming, lab draws, and provider support including medication reviews.
- Administer vaccines, conduct point-of-care tests, collect specimens, and manage virtual check-in and check-out processes for providers.
- Prepare clinic spaces weekly, stock supplies, order medications and materials, and ensure timely completion of assigned duties.
- Respond to patient calls, process prescription refill requests, manage electronic in-basket items, and act as a communication link between patients, providers, and team members.
