PSI CRO is looking for a Medical Affairs Coordinator to provide essential administrative support and coordination for our Medical Affairs department. You will join a dynamic, global company of more than 3,000 dedicated professionals working on the frontline of medical science to bring new medicines to those who need them.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Medical Affairs department
- Prepare intradepartmental announcements, newsletters, surveys, and presentations
- Maintain and update departmental tracking and metrics tools
- Coordinate departmental onboarding and induction training for hired, promoted, or contracted Medical Affairs staff
- Develop reports for Medical Affairs management
- Maintain and organize Medical Affairs knowledge libraries
- Track training compliance for Medical Affairs staff and ensure resolution of any issues
What We're Looking For
- A college or university degree
- 1+ year of relevant experience in an administrative or clerical position
- Full working proficiency in English
- Desire and ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A detail-oriented mindset
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Advanced proficiency in standard Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) applications
Nice to Have
- Experience gained in the Clinical Research industry, such as at a CRO or Pharma company
