About the Role

Jetfuel.agency is seeking a Media Planner to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a professional tenured in omnichannel campaign execution, responsible for tactical media planning and activation across a variety of client accounts and projects.

What You'll Do

  • Split your daily work 50/50 between paid media strategy/planning and execution.
  • Drive overall paid media strategy and tactics to meet client goals, collaborating with account and channel leads.
  • Manage and oversee paid media campaigns, including paid social, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Closely manage and optimize campaign pacing, including flighting, budgets, and sales goals.
  • Configure and calculate media mixes and anticipated outcomes based on spend and KPIs.
  • Analyze results and performance through data analysis.
  • Compile, organize, and present campaign results, findings, and takeaways to clients.
  • Prioritize and manage client quarterly and ad-hoc requests to ensure on-time completion.
  • Proactively grow client goals to scale spend and test emerging platforms.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Bing Ads.
  • Broad range of experience across multiple advertising channels.
  • Experience with forecasting, opportunity/gap analysis, and campaign management tools.
  • Demonstrated advanced paid media knowledge.
  • Ability to monitor new paid trends and products and evaluate their application.
  • Proficiency with research tools and competitive analysis.
  • Experience with budget/pacing and billing.
  • Ability to follow up on tasks and hit deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Skill in dissecting data and drawing actionable business insights.
  • A team-oriented mindset and ability to work with a wide range of individuals.
  • A highly strategic approach, balancing long-term strategy with short-term results.
  • Natural leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and coach teams.

Nice to Have

  • Google Ads & Analytics Certification is a plus.

This role is ideal for someone who is tenured in omnichannel campaign execution and strategy, has experience with ads managers and data platforms, and is an expert in client relationship management and problem solving. The ideal candidate should be proactive in nature and a critical thinker.This position is fully remote, but may require some in-person meetings and will involve regular weekly and monthly calls.
