Remote Talent LATAM is hiring an experienced Media Buyer with a strong focus on Google Ads and lead generation for automotive dealerships. In this remote role, you will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and drive measurable vehicle sales.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns for automotive dealerships.
- Structure accounts using best practices for Search, Performance Max (PMAX), and Vehicle Listing Ads (VLA).
- Develop scalable campaign frameworks to maximize lead generation and vehicle sales.
- Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent automotive search queries.
- Implement bidding strategies to maximize lead volume and campaign efficiency.
- Manage and optimize vehicle inventory feed campaigns.
- Build and optimize Vehicle Listing Ads (VLA) campaigns.
- Manage inventory-based Performance Max campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to promote high-priority and in-stock vehicles.
- Monitor feed health and troubleshoot inventory feed issues.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Monitor search terms and implement negative keyword strategies.
- Test bidding strategies including Max Conversions, tCPA, and tROAS.
- Monitor impression share, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns across markets and accounts.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Track key metrics such as CPL, conversion rate, CPC, impression share, and lead volume.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to improve campaign results.
- Work closely with account managers and internal leadership on campaign strategy.
- Coordinate with creative teams on ad copy and campaign assets.
- Participate in internal performance reviews and strategy meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in lead generation for automotive dealerships or local service businesses (such as HVAC, home services, or similar industries).
- Hands-on experience with Search campaigns, PMAX, and lead generation strategies.
- Experience optimizing campaigns based on key metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversion rate, and lead quality.
