Paired was looking for a Media Buyer/Account Manager with Google Ads - (Worldwide/Remote)

Paired is hiring a Media Buyer/Account Manager with Google Ads to take ownership of client accounts, develop winning strategies, and scale accounts profitably. In this fully remote role, you will manage high-budget campaigns across search, shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads for e-commerce brands.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and scale multiple e-commerce Google Ads accounts, optimizing for growth and profitability.
  • Launch, optimize, and scale non-brand search, shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Lead client calls, provide clear performance insights, and set expectations for scaling strategies.
  • Make data-driven decisions on ad spend allocation, prioritizing high-performing campaigns.
  • Implement structured Performance Max builds, test asset groups, and leverage audience insights.
  • Work with the creative team to develop high-converting ad copy and image/video creatives.
  • Test different bidding strategies, ad copy, audience targeting, and landing page optimizations.
  • Use Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and in-platform insights to identify high-impact optimizations.
  • Stay ahead of Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, new campaign types, and automation features.

What We're Looking For

  • At least two years of hands-on experience managing high-budget e-commerce Google Ads campaigns.
  • Client-facing professional who can clearly explain performance, data insights, and strategies.
  • Data-driven marketer able to analyze metrics, assess trends, and improve ROAS.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can identify and fix inefficiencies without micromanagement.
  • Fluent in English for writing ad copy and communicating with clients and team.
  • Highly organized to manage multiple accounts effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Driven to scale accounts, test new strategies, and continuously improve performance.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with YouTube Ads and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Google Shopping & Feed Optimization.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and its impact on ad performance.
