Responsibilities
- Design real-time digital signal processing architectures for general motion control systems.
- Implement advanced control strategies for multi-axis motion platforms.
- Develop and fine-tune servo loops for nanometer-level positioning accuracy.
- Create Python and MATLAB scripts to streamline controller tuning workflows.
- Research and integrate novel control algorithms to enhance system performance.
- Adhere to structured firmware development practices, including requirements, architecture, design documentation, verification planning, and test case development.
- Collaborate with software and mechanical engineering teams during stage subsystem development.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation for manufacturing and service teams.
- Lead the development, testing, and integration of complex electrical components and subsystems.
- Support product transition into manufacturing and field deployment by working closely with production and service teams.
