Responsibilities
- Contributes to integrating the development progress of the mechanical parts
- Ensure all the engineering practices are carried out and let the readiness of parts hit the project milestone.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with [ME Group/EPM/DQA/FPM] to deliver high-quality products.
- Risk assessment, formulating strategy, implementing changes, improving yield rate, following through the production plan, and securing the shipping quality.
- Concise summaries and escalate the important matters. Ensures alignment with key leaders of milestone achievement before moving the program forward.
Requirements
- Experience working on mechanical-related wireless lockers or cameras.
- Proven experience with technical program management.
- Strong foundation in product development with [3]+ years of hands-on experience.
- Solid understanding of [Mechanical development strategy/Statistical Analysis].
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent education.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to earn trust and influence partners and teams.
