Mota-Engil is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team and ensure the efficient management and maintenance of mining equipment at the workshop level. You will be responsible for comprehensive operational oversight and technical leadership.

What You'll Do

Plan and manage all maintenance tasks for mining equipment at the workshop.
Assign staff and allocate technical resources effectively.
Monitor stock levels and manage inventory for equipment maintenance.
Provide technical assistance and ensure compliance with all safety rules.
Manage operational documentation and control costs.
Draft reports to support management decisions and training initiatives.

What We're Looking For

A Higher Education degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in maintenance planning management for mining equipment.
Solid knowledge of MS Office 365, namely: Microsoft Excel and database management, MS Teams, Power BI, and SharePoint.
Fluency in the French and/or English language.
Strong skills in planning and organization.
A high degree of accuracy and reliability.

A strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.
Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
