Here are some of the other ways you’ll help us stand out: - Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience. - Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products. - Prepare and cut meats for our service case, ensuring attractive displays and consistently high product standards. - Package, stock, and rotate display counters and shelves so all products are finessed, fresh, and of exceptional quality. - Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing. - Follow all corporate policies and procedures with particular focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP compliance, and proper equipment use. - Train and mentor Team Members enrolled in the Meat Cutter development program, supporting skill development and operational excellence. - Complete designated opening and closing procedures and provide support to fellow Team Members as needed. - Assist the leadership team with operational duties, including inventory counts and supply ordering. - Take on additional responsibilities on a periodic basis to support overall department operations.
