Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic service that enhances the customer experience and supports a fresh shopping environment.
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism, using product knowledge to guide selections and promote satisfaction.
- Cut, trim, and portion meat products to meet quality standards and prepare them for display.
- Arrange, label, and replenish meat cases and shelves to maintain visual appeal and product freshness.
- Ensure all workspaces and storage zones are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards through routine cleaning tasks.
- Adhere strictly to company guidelines, especially those related to health, food safety, HACCP protocols, and equipment handling.
- Support and guide trainees in the meat cutting program by sharing expertise and reinforcing best practices.
- Carry out opening and closing tasks and assist colleagues during peak or busy periods.
- Help leadership with daily operations such as stock audits, inventory tracking, and supply requisitions.
- Perform occasional additional duties to maintain smooth and efficient department functioning.
