Trane Technologies is looking for an MDM Support Specialist to drive business growth by providing customers and parts stores with the documents required to quickly identify OEM replacement parts for HVAC equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining product documentation for service parts and creating parts lists, enabling efficient parts ordering across all business channels.
What You'll Do
- Support business growth strategy through technical knowledge of products and parts processing systems.
- Create and maintain documentation (part setups) for Trane Technologies brands and several sourced products.
- Ensure documentation and production projects meet established deadlines.
- Analyze design changes based on business requirements and set supportive work direction.
- Interface with teams across all products, Strategic Business Units, Manufacturing Plants, and multiple time zones and global regions.
- Become a service part expert with several product lines within the HVAC equipment portfolio.
- Support cross-functional teams to provide part availability and enable customers to order service parts.
- Assess each project to ensure item master files are current and effective control is maintained.
- Work independently while keeping supervision and management informed of project status.
- Coordinate and monitor all changes to ensure completion.
- Check finished work for quality and accuracy.

- 3+ years of relevant experience in data management, engineering support, or enterprise system environments.

Nice to Have
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with Data Analytics and Business Intelligence software like Tableau and Power BI.
- Experience working within enterprise systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, Windchill, or similar platforms.
- Automation driven background.

- Compensation: $50,000-$60,000
