What You'll Do
Implement targeted marketing strategies across the Wenzhou and Ningbo regions, aligning with company objectives and local market needs. Develop and manage individual performance goals to consistently meet and exceed targets.
Conduct regular, structured visits to healthcare professionals, building strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Identify and onboard new clients through proactive outreach and market insight.
Deliver accurate, up-to-date product information while staying informed on competitor offerings and market trends. Monitor regional market dynamics and report findings promptly to your regional manager.
Ensure all documentation and activity reports are completed accurately and submitted on time. Collect and report patient adverse event data in a timely manner to designated internal teams.
Support onboarding for new team members by sharing knowledge of clients, systems, and processes. Assist in delivering product training sessions to strengthen team expertise.
Maintain full compliance with all regulatory and internal policies at all times.
Requirements
Applicants must hold an associate degree or higher. A minimum of five years of experience in marketing or sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is required.
Proficiency in standard computer applications is essential, along with functional skills in written and spoken English. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities are necessary for success in this role.
Candidates must pass both the company’s senior representative certification exam and the RDPAC certification exam.
Preferred Qualifications
A background in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field—especially in pharmaceutical marketing—is preferred.
Work Environment
This is a locally based role serving the Wenzhou and Ningbo areas, requiring frequent fieldwork and in-person engagement with healthcare providers.
