In this role, you’ll partner closely with sales and product teams to guide enterprise customers across Oceania through the integration of advanced voice technology. Your work will center on understanding client needs, designing robust technical architectures, and delivering demonstrations that clearly showcase how AI-driven voice solutions solve real-world challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen the technical foundation of customer engagements
- Engage directly with client engineers and decision-makers to design custom integration strategies
- Develop clear, effective technical demos and documentation that illustrate platform capabilities
- Build reusable tools and self-serve resources to improve customer independence
- Spot recurring technical patterns and help turn them into scalable product features
What We’re Looking For
You bring a solid foundation in software development, particularly in Python, and a deep understanding of system architecture and API integrations. Experience working with customers—whether professionally or through academic or personal projects—is essential. You’re comfortable translating complex technical concepts for varied audiences and thrive when iterating on solutions based on direct feedback.
