As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you'll play a central role in advancing how enterprise clients adopt and integrate our voice AI platform. Working hand-in-hand with Account Executives, you'll strengthen the technical depth of sales engagements and help translate complex customer requirements into effective, scalable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Partner with sales teams to guide technical discussions and support high-value enterprise deals.
- Engage directly with customer technical teams to understand their infrastructure and design integration approaches tailored to their environment.
- Demonstrate platform capabilities through targeted, real-world technical proofs of concept.
- Develop reusable technical resources—such as sample code, integration guides, and automation tools—that improve both customer onboarding and internal efficiency.
- Design self-serve documentation and tooling that reduce dependency on direct support.
- Spot recurring integration patterns and collaborate with product teams to turn them into standardized features.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in software development with strong proficiency in Python and modern integration architectures.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting customer-facing technical projects, whether in professional roles, academic initiatives, or independent work.
- Ability to identify scalable solutions within custom implementations.
- Deep curiosity about AI technologies and a drive to understand how systems interact.
