What You'll Do
Deliver consistent sales performance across the assigned territory by executing field activities that align with business objectives. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, planning and managing daily outreach to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and distributors.
Conduct regular visits to doctors, chemists, and stockists to increase product visibility and drive prescriptions, ensuring adherence to call frequency and coverage standards. Daily reporting through a digital platform is essential to track progress and inform strategy.
Act as a trusted representative of the brand, building lasting relationships and gathering market insights to support strategic planning. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding market share and meeting regional sales goals.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a BSc or B. Pharma degree and bring at least two years of relevant field experience. Strong verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with medical and retail stakeholders.
Candidates currently working in pharmaceutical sales, especially those with therapy-specific experience, will be prioritized. Exposure to multinational or leading Indian pharma companies is advantageous. Exceptional freshers with sharp analytical abilities and clear communication may also be considered.
