Takeda is seeking a Marketing Representative to advance our mission in Handan. In this role, you will execute company and regional marketing strategies to build and maintain strong client relationships while driving performance.
What You'll Do
- Execute company and regional marketing strategies, develop personal performance plans, and exceed performance goals.
- Conduct daily visits and promotional activities with target clients to foster long-term cooperative relationships.
- Actively develop new clients and understand their business context.
- Complete various work reports in a timely and truthful manner.
- Implement company market activities, understand competing product trends, and accurately convey product information.
- Monitor market trends in the target area and report promptly to your manager.
- Collect adverse reaction information from patients and report it to relevant company departments.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all relevant regulations.
What We're Looking For
- College degree or above, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, or medical/pharmaceutical marketing.
- 1+ years of marketing-related work experience in the medical/pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in using computer office software.
- Basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Strong language expression and clear communication skills.
- Must pass the RDPAC certification exam.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to a Regional Manager or Supervisor, working closely with regional leadership to achieve goals.
Work Mode
This is a local position based in Handan, requiring in-person client engagement and market activities.
