Takeda is looking for a Medical Representative for the Suqian area. In this role, you will be responsible for executing regional marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

What You'll Do

Execute company and regional marketing strategies, develop personal performance plans, and exceed performance goals.
Conduct daily visits and promotional activities with target clients to maintain long-term cooperative relationships.
Develop new clients and understand their specific situations.
Complete various work reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Implement company market activities, understand competing product dynamics, and accurately convey product information.
Monitor market trends in the target region and report promptly.
Collect adverse reaction information from product use and report to relevant departments.
Maintain 100% compliance with all relevant regulations.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, or medical/pharmaceutical marketing.
1+ years of marketing-related work experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in using computer office software.
A certain level of English listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability.
Good verbal expression skills and clear communication and coordination abilities.
Passing the RDPAC certification exam.
