Responsibilities
- Process quotation requests promptly to meet defined turnaround deadlines.
- Conduct daily data uploads and maintain consistency across internal systems.
- Carry out standard SAP operations such as purchase order reconciliation and status tracking.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to investigate and correct data mismatches affecting part movement.
- Update scrap records and resolve outstanding inventory items in SAP.
- Assist in forecasting activities for the Rotable Business Unit to match part supply with projected needs.
- Maintain and update Supplier Performance Dashboards to uphold vendor quality benchmarks.
- Facilitate timely customs documentation to avoid international shipping interruptions.
- Handle on-demand surplus part requests as directed by operational requirements.
