As a Lead MarTech Business Analyst focused on Adobe technologies, you will play a central role in shaping digital marketing success by aligning business strategy with technical execution. Working remotely, you'll serve as the go-to expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and related platforms, ensuring marketing objectives are effectively translated into functional workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with marketing operations and stakeholders to identify business needs, define objectives, and document clear user stories and functional requirements for Adobe-based campaigns.
- Support end-to-end implementation and refinement of Adobe Campaign, Journey Optimizer, and Experience Platform (AEP), ensuring configurations meet marketing use cases.
- Collaborate within Agile teams by attending daily standups, contributing to sprint planning, and refining backlogs to maintain project momentum.
- Conduct thorough testing using tools like Adobe Debugger to validate tagging, tracking, and personalization features, ensuring data accuracy and campaign integrity.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, technical guides, and user training materials to support long-term platform usability.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in MarTech or digital marketing environments.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud architecture and its integrated components is essential.
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks, including writing user stories and managing feature backlogs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details in accessible terms to non-technical audiences.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges from $83,250 to $132,000, with additional compensation through a discretionary annual incentive program.
