Construction & Property Group is seeking a Marketplace Advertising Specialist to own our advertising and sales performance on Walmart Marketplace and Target Plus. You will be the key driver in scaling our marketplace presence through expert campaign management and listing optimization.
What You'll Do
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings on Walmart Marketplace and Target Plus.
- Ensure listings meet platform requirements and are fully optimized for search, conversion, and compliance.
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Walmart and Target platforms.
- Monitor ad performance, adjust bids, and implement strategies to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign efficiency.
- Track KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, ACOS, and ROAS.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align marketplace strategies with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on marketplace trends, policies, and algorithm changes.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Walmart Marketplace and Target Plus.
- Proven track record in PPC advertising on both platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to create new listings from scratch on Walmart Marketplace.
- Strong knowledge of marketplace advertising tools and dashboards.
- Proficiency in keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or marketplace-specific dashboards).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience with other marketplaces (Amazon, Target) is a plus.
- Background in e-commerce strategy and digital marketing.
