Sitemate is hiring a Marketing & Web Operations Manager to act as a full-stack Technical Marketing Manager. You will run day-to-day marketing execution, manage web infrastructure and performance, and coordinate a high-output team. This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations and technical execution, requiring a technical generalist who can code, think strategically, and execute programmatically.
What You'll Do
- Run day-to-day marketing execution
- Manage web infrastructure and performance
- Keep the team coordinated and shipping
- Manage a WordPress site
- Troubleshoot performance issues
- Build and deploy pages in code
- Run basic CRO on landing pages and generators
- Guide paid spend
- Optimize for AI-era search (AEO)

- Comfort with Claude, Cursor, and AI tools is expected, not optional

Team & Environment
You will be part of a small, high-output team including content engineers, a designer, a performance marketer, and a marketing ops admin. You will work closely with this team and report directly to the VP of Marketing.
