Practicebetter is hiring a Marketing Web Content Specialist to support day-to-day updates on our corporate website and scale the multilingual website experience. This hands-on role involves publishing and maintaining web content, ensuring quality and brand consistency, and owning the workflow for translating and launching pages across global markets.
What You'll Do
- Publish, update, and maintain website pages using CMS and component-based templates.
- Ensure content is accurate, on-brand, accessible, and follows basic SEO best practices.
- QA changes across devices/browsers and troubleshoot common front-end issues like spacing, formatting, links, and embeds.
- Coordinate content updates with internal stakeholders and ensure work is delivered on schedule.
- Own the end-to-end translation publishing workflow: intake, tracking, reviews, QA, and launch.
- Partner with translation vendors and internal reviewers to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Maintain language/version parity across priority pages and coordinate updates when source pages change.
- Help improve multilingual governance.
- Monitor and help resolve common multilingual site issues.
- Work with developers and agencies on enhancements, bug fixes, and new components.
- Support ongoing site improvements and conversion optimization work.
- Keep documentation up to date.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in website content management or web operations. Enterprise site experience is preferred.
- CMS experience is required, including WordPress for publishing, templates/modules, page building, and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS to diagnose and fix common formatting and layout issues.
- Experience managing multilingual websites and translation workflows, including vendor coordination and QA.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to QA across devices and browsers.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience with headless or component-based web architectures like React/Next.js.
- Familiarity with SEO basics such as metadata, internal linking, redirects, and canonical/hreflang concepts.
- Experience with translation tools and workflows like WPML, vendor portals, or terminology management.
- Experience with analytics tools like GA4 or A/B testing tools like VWO for basic validation.
- Comfortable working with ticketing systems like Monday/Jira/ClickUp and structured release processes.
