Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, adapting global initiatives to regional execution while meeting deadlines and contributing to pipeline goals.
- Develop and oversee logistics for events including trade shows, webinars, and executive forums, prioritizing high conversion rates, lead generation, and rapid handoff to sales teams.
- Run and refine paid digital advertising on search engines and social platforms, with primary focus on Google Ads and LinkedIn, targeting English and Portuguese-speaking audiences.
- Continuously monitor cost-per-acquisition and cost-per-click metrics, using A/B testing to improve campaign performance and return on investment.
- Supervise external partners such as marketing agencies, video producers, and print vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality output through clear oversight and contract management.
- Transform successful customer outcomes into measurable sales assets, emphasizing data-driven case studies and verified testimonials that support the sales process.
