Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
- Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
- Create and schedule content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency.
- Collaborate with clients to develop content ideas and strategies.
- Manage social media platforms and engagement.
- Stay up to date on trends and best practices.
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Track and analyze key performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as the primary contact for marketing-related tasks.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding campaigns and strategy.
- Help clients understand performance data and opportunities.
- Maintain organized marketing assets and calendars.
- Accurately track time and workload as required.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and digital strategies.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2–4+ years of marketing experience.
- Experience with digital campaigns, content creation, and analytics.
- Marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar).
- Social media platforms and ad managers (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Reliable high-speed internet, computer, and phone.
Nice to Have
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience working with multiple clients or industries.

Team
Structure: Marketing Specialist works independently with client but receives support from assigned Account Supervisor.
Additional Information
- Available during business hours PST or EST Monday–Friday, unless otherwise agreed in writing with each client.
- Remote work with no equipment provided.
- Independent contractor compensation model.

- Two-hour response window for all client communication.
