We are seeking a highly skilled and execution-focused Senior Marketing Specialist to drive SEO strategy and performance for a U.S.-based multi-location service business. This role is focused on SEO optimization, content coordination, reporting, and performance tracking to enhance the company’s digital footprint across multiple Florida markets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize Google Business Profiles for five Florida markets: Gainesville, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, and Miami.
- Conduct keyword research, create content briefs for the Marketing Manager (Gabi) to generate blog posts, and ensure on-page SEO optimization for all service and location pages on WordPress.
- Monitor and resolve technical issues such as crawl errors, site speed, broken links, and indexation across the website.
- Build and maintain NAP consistency across local citations for all markets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and implement a backlink acquisition strategy to improve domain authority and search rankings.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and lead attribution using Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and CallRail.
- Create and deliver monthly SEO performance reports that include key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Participate in weekly check-ins with the CEO (Rob) and Marketing Manager (Gabi) to discuss SEO strategy, performance, and next steps.
- Perform regular competitor analysis for MSP and IT services keywords in Florida to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategy.
- Assist with strategies to increase and manage reviews across Google Business Profiles to boost local visibility.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of local SEO, technical SEO, and content strategies
- Proven experience in improving organic visibility, driving traffic, and generating leads
- Experience managing Google Business Profiles for multiple locations
- Strong skills in keyword research and content strategy development
- Proficiency in on-page SEO optimization
- Experience with WordPress
- Ability to monitor and resolve technical SEO issues including crawl errors, site speed, broken links, and indexation
- Experience with local citation management and NAP consistency
- Proven ability to develop and implement backlink acquisition strategies

- Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership in weekly check-ins
