CAI Cox Automotive Corp Svcs., LLC is hiring a Marketing Specialist II to create visual concepts and content that drive awareness for Manheim’s commercial consignors, national dealers, and regional sellers. In this role, you will work in alignment with key marketing and account enablement teams to support business goals.
What You'll Do
- Support a wide range of custom content projects, including campaign template suites, regional event promotions, and brand identity marketing for commercial sellers.
- Act as an advocate for the Manheim brand, ensuring all designs meet brand standards and support client objectives.
- Manage the complete content process from initial briefing through conceptualization to final production.
- Collaborate with Key Account Marketing and Commercial Account Enablement teams, brainstorming and incorporating feedback.
- Package and present concepts to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate statuses using project management tools, and meet deadlines.
- Participate in weekly meetings with marketing, account enablement, field support, and other teams.
- Support other content projects as needed.
- Travel as needed for corporate marketing meetings and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years of design and content creation experience. Equivalent combinations, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience or 6 years’ experience in a related field, will also be considered.
- Creativity and excellent design skills.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure with time constraints in a constantly changing work environment.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, WordPress, Canva Enterprise, Monday.com, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Potential for video and web projects.
- Ability to travel 15% of the time.
Nice to Have
- Degree or certification in graphic design, art, or marketing strongly desired.
- Previous experience in the auto industry highly preferred.
