TIENS Group Co., Ltd. is hiring a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator (m/f/d) to join its Europe Marketing Team. In this role, you will report to the Regional Marketing Manager and focus on creating and executing social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales across European markets. You will also collaborate with influencers, support events, and contribute to regional communications.

What You'll Do

• Create and execute social media strategies and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Produce content packages, including reels, visuals, and captions, with clear calls-to-action.
• Manage social pages and track key performance metrics.
• Host weekly livestreams with interactive content such as Q&As, polls, and interviews.
• Plan, schedule, and promote livestreams to boost audience engagement and loyalty.
• Identify and collaborate with European influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Co-create content and coordinate campaign timelines with partners.
• Assist in organizing events, preparing marketing materials, and creating promotional content.
• Contribute to newsletters and other regional communications.
• Support market research, product launch preparations, and internal marketing initiatives.
• Ensure consistent branding across all European markets.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer relations, or digital content creation.
• Proven experience creating engaging social media content, especially for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Strong understanding of online engagement trends and social commerce strategies.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• A creative, proactive, and organized professional comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with livestream content planning and execution.
• Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of other European languages.
