Jobgether is seeking a Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will craft seamless and engaging experiences for users across mobile and web platforms, with a focus on payments and consumer-facing interactions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to design intuitive, polished, and accessible interfaces that delight users and elevate satisfaction across our digital platforms.
What You'll Do
- Translate user needs and behavioral data into wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Design end-to-end native and responsive experiences that are intuitive, polished, and accessible.
- Maintain and contribute to shared design systems and component libraries for consistency.
- Build and test interactive prototypes to validate ideas and inform product decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, marketers, and researchers to deliver consumer-first solutions.
- Participate in design critiques and support user research to uncover insights for the product roadmap.
- Create AI-enhanced designs that solve meaningful user problems and contribute to a culture of innovation.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience designing native mobile and responsive web applications with consumer-grade visual polish.
- Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools, with strong knowledge of accessibility best practices.
- Expertise in UX fundamentals, including journey mapping, behavioral insights, and data-driven iteration.
- Strong attention to detail combined with a product-thinking mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments with a growth mindset.
- Adaptability to new design tools and emerging AI technologies to enhance workflow.
