About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for key product features

- Maintain and evolve the design system
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and leadership

- Support agile development cycles with timely deliverables
- Advocate for usability and accessibility standards
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth
- Identify opportunities for product improvement
- Balance business goals with user needs
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Drive design innovation while respecting technical constraints
- Participate in roadmap planning sessions
- Contribute to UX best practices across teams
- Use data to validate design choices
