About the Role
The designer will shape the look and feel of a digital language-learning product by leading interface improvements, driving conversion growth, and aligning design with user behavior insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for web interfaces with a focus on user retention and engagement
- Collaborate with product managers to define goals for conversion rate optimization
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes to test and validate user experience changes
- Use analytics to identify friction points in the user journey
- Design scalable UI systems that maintain consistency across features
- Iterate on layouts, typography, and interactive elements based on A/B test results
- Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
- Conduct usability testing to gather direct user feedback
- Maintain and evolve the design system for coherence and efficiency
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders
- Optimize onboarding flows to improve activation metrics
- Create wireframes for new features prior to engineering development
- Balance aesthetic innovation with performance and accessibility standards
- Design marketing landing pages aimed at increasing sign-up conversion
- Monitor industry trends to inform modern, effective design patterns
Nice to Have
