Migaku is looking for a Senior Web Designer (Growth) to craft stunning, high-conversion product websites and landing pages. You will be a conversion artist who drives user engagement by creating visually captivating and conversion-focused designs that reflect our brand's passionate, learner-centric character.

What You'll Do

Design sleek, high-converting websites while maintaining a growth-focused mindset to achieve business goals.
Emotionally hook users at the right time with the right visual information to advance them through the funnel.
Creatively showcase our product in easy-to-understand ways to convince users to purchase.
Continuously improve and evolve our brand design to keep it fresh.
Refuse to compromise on engaging and immersive design for key user moments.
Test landing page concepts with low-fidelity designs first, then expand with polished versions.
Balance exquisite visual impact with information-rich functional pages.
Use typography to create compelling reading experiences.
Leverage modern web technologies and trends when justified.
Use a balance of instincts and data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with and lead internal and external design resources.
Design with performance, page load speed, and search engine visibility in mind.

What We're Looking For

Experience with A/B testing to validate assumptions and iterate on designs.
A proven track record of designing ultra high-converting, maximally engaging, and informative websites.
Understanding of the ingredients of effective branding.
Understanding of the ingredients of impactful copywriting.

Nice to Have

Ability to scout top talent (designers, illustrators) and onboard them onto the team part-time or full-time.
