This is a growth role where you’ll receive mentorship and gain broad exposure across the product lifecycle. You will turn stakeholder questions into clear, human-centered insights that directly shape product decisions.
What You'll Do
- Run 1:1 interviews and contextual inquiry to understand needs, behaviors, and mental models; translate findings into opportunities and jobs-to-be-done.
- Plan and moderate remote and in-person usability sessions, cognitive walkthroughs, and concept tests; identify issues, severity, and clear fixes.
- Conduct heuristic evaluations; synthesize industry and market research; and produce competitive analyses.
- Define research goals, write research plans, create screeners and discussion guides, and recruit participants.
- Turn notes, clips, and observations into simple themes that explain the “why,” and recommend next steps.
- Communicate findings clearly in writing and in talks; comfortable presenting to groups, in person or virtual.
- Invite Design, Product, and Business partners to observe and participate in studies to build first-hand understanding of user behaviors, mental models, and needs.

- Hands-on experience with interviews, usability testing, and thematic synthesis; strong notetaking and observation skills.
- Ability to deliver insights in a variety of formats—one-pagers, toplines, presentations, and working sessions—to maximize impact and help teams apply findings.
- Practical knowledge of research ethics, privacy, consent, and inclusive practices.
Nice to Have
