Sonia Solutions is hiring a Design Engineer to create user-centric, conversion-optimized designs that perform. In this hybrid role where design excellence meets technical execution, you will design and implement landing pages, marketing assets, and user flows that directly support growth and engagement.

What You'll Do

Design and launch high-converting landing pages and marketing funnels
Create visual assets for ads, campaigns, and brand communication
Optimize checkout and onboarding flows for maximum conversion
Write and refine UI copy to guide users and support product messaging
Translate ideas into prototypes and polished user interfaces (Figma to code)
Implement your designs using React, TypeScript, and CSS
Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure consistent branding and messaging
Work independently, take ownership of quality and iterate quickly based on feedback

What We're Looking For

Proficiency in English (C1+)
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX, landing pages, and responsive web design
Ability to implement designs in code (JavaScript, TypeScript, React)
Deep experience with Figma, GitHub, CSS/HTML
Demonstrated ability to design and ship complete flows from idea to launch
Structured thinking, strong sense for user behavior and visual hierarchy

Nice to Have

Background in marketing, content creation, or copywriting
Experience in the healthtech industry
Degree in Interface/Product Design or similar (less graphic/print)
Personal website or online portfolio with live examples
Experience working in or with startups or on smaller, fast-paced projects
Proficiency in German (C1+)
