Hologram is seeking a Staff UX Designer to lead the user experience strategy and execution for Varsity Tutors for Students (VT4S), the enterprise product serving schools and districts. You will operate as a senior individual contributor with high ownership, crafting intuitive digital experiences that drive school admin engagement and retention.

What You'll Do

Lead the UX design vision and strategy for the Enterprise product area.
Maintain and evolve a scalable design system across platforms.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
Drive strategic initiatives and execute key design projects.
Mentor and guide fellow designers through example and communication.
Advocate for user-centered design principles to improve experiences.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Present design concepts and strategies to leadership and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of design experience with a focus on digital product, brand, or marketing.
Proven leadership in high-impact design projects.
Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles, accessibility, and human-centered design.
Experience building and managing scalable design systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A problem-solving mindset that balances creativity and business goals.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience in consumer digital products, SaaS, or EdTech is a plus.
