This role is responsible for developing detailed go-to-market plans, defining timelines, and aligning cross-functional teams—including regional stakeholders—to deliver high-impact promotions on schedule and at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage campaign timelines, milestones, and execution plans for initiatives spanning health, education, civics, digital citizenship, and core app experiences.
- Monitor deliverables including creative assets, copy, media strategy, and measurement frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across regions.
- Coordinate logistics with internal and client teams to support on-platform activations, social campaigns, and promotional events.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks, brief third parties, and track progress against client objectives, escalating risks proactively.
- Support communication efforts for earned media, events, and executive updates, including weekly briefings and cross-functional meeting follow-ups.
- Deploy on-platform promotions across global markets, ensuring alignment with local launch timing and transcreated content requirements.
- Generate performance insights from campaign data and deliver actionable analysis to guide decision-making.
- Manage video content uploads and channel analytics for promotional assets, following client approval protocols.
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least four years of experience in product marketing and program management within digital environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, particularly in distilling complex information into clear, actionable insights.
