EY is hiring an experienced Marketing Program Manager (Assistant Director) to join our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team. In this role, you will translate business priorities into world-class execution, spearheading multi-channel marketing and event programs for our Global Audit function. You'll be instrumental in delivering impactful initiatives that support our mission of building a better working world.
What You'll Do
- Execute and coordinate comprehensive marketing plans to enable priority initiatives within the Global Audit program.
- Create and manage the production of marketing and communications materials for internal and external audiences, including digital content, presentations, and brochures.
- Collaborate with Region teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and strategic objectives.
- Work closely with the Global Audit BMC team to ensure seamless and effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as required.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 12-15 years of total B2B marketing experience in professional services or similar industries.
- 10 years of experience in end-to-end campaign or event management via multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of the audit industry and its key drivers is highly desirable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials.
- Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in marketing analytics and familiar with marketing automation tools.
- Leadership experience and the ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrixed environment.
Nice to Have
- MBA with a major in Marketing or an MS in Marketing.
- Digital marketing experience.
- In-depth knowledge and experience running large, logistically complex Global events.
- Knowledge of meeting industry software, CRM, web registration, and digital marketing applications.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with the Global Audit BMC team and collaborate with Region teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
