Shape the future of marketing performance by building scalable systems and driving data integrity across the customer lifecycle. In this role, you’ll own the architecture and efficiency of marketing technology, ensuring platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Outreach work together seamlessly to support growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize integrations across the marketing tech stack to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Refine lead routing, scoring, attribution models, and lifecycle management to improve conversion and alignment with sales.
- Design and maintain dashboards that track pipeline influence, campaign ROI, and funnel performance for executive and operational reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify gaps in data, process, or technology and lead initiatives that enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Develop standardized documentation and scalable playbooks to support organizational growth and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with Sales, SDR, and Finance teams to align on KPIs, definitions, and handoff processes.
- Lead campaign measurement frameworks, including tracking, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Champion data quality, segmentation, and personalization strategies to improve targeting and engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations within a B2B environment.
- Proven experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, including configuration, reporting, and automation.
- Solid grasp of marketing funnel dynamics, conversion metrics, and performance optimization levers.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset and ability to simplify complex systems.
- Self-starter with a builder’s approach—capable of working independently and driving initiatives forward.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- Certifications in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with tools such as ZoomInfo, Gong, Outreach, 6sense, PowerBI, Orum, and RingLead.
Work Environment
