What You'll Do
Design and manage integrated marketing technology systems to ensure reliable, scalable operations. You’ll align tools like CRM, automation, and analytics platforms so data flows accurately and supports decision-making across functions.
Refine how leads move through the funnel—improving routing logic, scoring models, and lifecycle definitions to increase conversion and clarity. Build dashboards that clearly show marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue, tailored for both operational teams and executive stakeholders.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, and Finance to standardize metrics, streamline handoffs, and close performance gaps. You’ll identify inefficiencies in current workflows and lead initiatives to simplify and scale processes through documentation and automation.
Ensure data integrity and segmentation support targeted, personalized campaigns. Support campaign measurement with structured testing and tracking frameworks, enabling continuous optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations within a B2B setting
- Proven experience managing integrations between CRM and marketing platforms, especially Salesforce and HubSpot
- Familiarity with data and engagement tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, 6sense, PowerBI, Gong, Orum, and RingLead
- Solid grasp of funnel analytics, attribution models, and performance KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and actionable insights
- Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset—able to lead projects independently
- Clear communicator who can translate technical details into practical guidance
