Responsibilities
- Help define, establish, and uphold global marketing and communications standards and processes.
- Develop and sustain strong collaborative relationships across regional sales, technical, product development, and communications teams.
- Serve as a marketing representative within the commercial team and across the broader corporate group.
- Adopt a minimum viable product approach, gradually enhancing capacity and capabilities over time.
- Ensure seamless coordination between marketing, sales, and support functions, with ongoing alignment to headquarters marketing and cross-regional knowledge sharing.
- Gather and consolidate customer data—including growers, channels, and influencers—to enable segmentation and targeted POLY4 campaigns.
- Maintain accurate customer segmentation and target groups in partnership with the Customer Data Specialist to keep CRM data current.
- Lead customer and buying factor surveys, managing external agencies and insights to guide product positioning, brand equity measurement, and value-based pricing.
- Track competitor actions, pricing models, and on-farm commercial tactics, offering insights and suggesting strategic adjustments.
- Contribute to the development of structured marketing strategies by channel and offtake partner, with initial emphasis on North America.
- Ensure marketing campaigns are practical and effective within budget constraints and directly support key market sales goals.
- Recommend product positioning and messaging frameworks tailored to specific crops, customer segments, and priority sub-regions.
- Identify and manage key customer interaction points, aligning campaign plans to ensure consistent execution and target alignment.
- Support regional leaders with measurable KPIs and performance reviews to inform future-season planning.
- Design, execute, and monitor POLY4 campaigns within assigned geographic areas.
- Adapt customer offers—whether B2B, channel, influencer, or grower—into locally relevant implementation plans.
- Ensure clear communication of campaign goals, KPIs, value propositions, and product positioning to secure alignment from sales and marketing teams.
- Coordinate the execution of demonstrations, events, pre-launch activities, harvest days, and engagements with influencers and customers.
- Ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on budget and in line with regional strategies.
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies on content creation and campaign delivery when necessary.
- Create digital marketing assets for the region and support scalable digital agriculture and precision farming initiatives.
- Resolve issues in campaign execution and suggest process enhancements.
- Act as a reliable operational partner for both regional teams and global marketing leadership.
- Lead and manage B2B training programs, ensuring content meets customer requirements.
- Guide Marketing Coordinators in building digital and traditional sales toolkits for B2B clients and downstream partners.
