Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to be the strategic and technical backbone of the marketing department. You will ensure systems, data, and tools work together to drive growth by optimizing marketing automation platforms, building advanced workflows, and collaborating across teams to enable high-performing campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the health and functionality of core marketing systems including Braze and Hightouch, ensuring clean data and strong performance.
- Assist in the integration and maintenance of other tools such as AppsFlyer and HubSpot.
- Develop and maintain marketing workflows, lead scoring models, custom events, and data validation rules.
- Work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to ensure seamless data sync across CRMs, CDPs, and marketing platforms.
- Own link-building strategies, deep linking, and cross-channel tracking to ensure accurate campaign attribution.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for marketing systems and architectures.
- Troubleshoot issues across systems, coordinating with vendors and internal teams for quick resolution.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing operations with strong expertise in system administration and automation.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing platforms (Braze, HubSpot, etc.) and experience with customization and integration.
- Proficiency in data handling, including modeling, governance, and querying using SQL.
- Practical experience using mobile measurement platforms like AppsFlyer for campaign tracking.
- Familiarity with CRM integration and data workflows across platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for optimizing processes.
Nice to Have
- Braze certification and strong skills in Liquid scripting are highly preferred.
