MaidThis is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to own our marketing systems and ensure leads turn into booked jobs and cleaner hires. You will be responsible for fast follow-up, a clean CRM, working funnels, and clear reporting. This is a hands-on operations role inside marketing focused on system performance.
What You'll Do
- Own CRM cleanliness including managing duplicates, stages, pipelines, tagging, and task hygiene.
- Ensure lead routing and follow-up reliability to prevent leads from leaking.
- Build, optimize, and maintain funnels and workflows inside GoHighLevel.
- Track weekly performance across lead volume, quality, speed-to-lead, booking conversion, and key drop-off points.
- Coordinate with the paid ads vendor, review their weekly performance, and hold them accountable to outcomes.
- Run simple, fast tests to improve conversion (offer tests, landing page tweaks, form improvements, follow-up timing).
- Build or improve automations using Zapier to reduce manual work or improve conversion.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable laptop and strong internet connection for this remote role.
- Strong spoken English.
- Experience with CRMs, funnels, and marketing operations systems.
- Experience building automations (Zapier/Make or inside a CRM).
- Comfortable tracking numbers and reporting weekly results.
