Responsibilities
- Own HubSpot end to end including workflows, lead routing, lifecycle stages, list management, properties, and reporting.
- Manage Apollo sequences and enrollment logic including SDR queue management, round robin assignment, sequence performance tracking, and cross-sequence conflict prevention.
- Own the Freckle enrichment pipeline including tiering logic, enrichment rates, and data quality monitoring.
- Build and maintain a lead scoring model tied to product usage signals and firmographic data.
- Manage Segment event flow into HubSpot and downstream tools and ensure data integrity across the entire marketing data stack.
- Partner with growth engineering on experiment data and PLG signals feeding into the CRM including GrowthBook, Mixpanel, and Snowflake integrations.
- Build dashboards and reporting that leadership actually trusts, focusing on real signal over vanity metrics.
- Maintain webhook integrations between HubSpot, Slack, Apollo, and internal tools and monitor for failures and fix them fast.
