About the Role

This position is responsible for managing marketing workflows, supporting campaign execution, and ensuring operational efficiency across digital channels for a portfolio of e-commerce brands.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily marketing activities across multiple e-commerce brands
  • Manage campaign timelines and ensure on-time delivery
  • Support email marketing operations including scheduling and list management
  • Track and report on key marketing performance metrics
  • Assist in maintaining CRM workflows and segmentation logic
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to prepare campaign assets
  • Monitor deliverability and inbox placement for email channels
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in marketing platforms
  • Maintain documentation for marketing processes and SOPs
  • Optimize data flows between e-commerce and marketing platforms
  • Support integration of new tools into the marketing tech stack
  • Audit data accuracy across customer databases and dashboards
  • Coordinate A/B testing schedules for email and landing pages
  • Assist in budget tracking and vendor invoice reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in campaigns
  • Provide operational support during product launches
  • Manage user access and permissions in marketing tools
  • Generate weekly performance summaries for leadership review
  • Identify inefficiencies in current marketing workflows
  • Support onboarding of new marketing team members
  • Standardize reporting templates across brands
  • Escalate technical issues to engineering teams when needed
  • Maintain calendar of all marketing campaigns and key dates
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints
  • Conduct regular audits of marketing automation workflows

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Background in subscription-based e-commerce models
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot CRM
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with project management software like ClickUp
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing
  • Experience analyzing customer behavior data
  • Exposure to paid media operations
  • Certifications in digital marketing or operations
  • Prior work in remote-first organizations
