Boldr is hiring a Marketing & Operations Associate to play a key role in driving our brand's visibility and voice. You'll execute high-impact content, support strategic marketing, and ensure the smooth coordination of operational projects and events.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate on campaign planning and strategy to support brand growth and lead generation.
- Co-own the deployment of newsletters, social posts, and campaigns across channels.
- Repurpose existing content into social and email assets while maintaining brand consistency.
- Support and execute marketing tied to the membership experience.
- Coordinate content scheduling and deployment across social media and email.
- Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Support partnership marketing efforts, including B Corp collaborations.
- Engage with community across comments and DMs, reflecting the brand’s tone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging.
- Use community feedback to shape future storytelling and campaign ideas.
- Coordinate logistics for events, trips, and community experiences.
- Support partner communication and follow-ups.
- Track priorities and timelines using project management tools.
- Maintain shared files, documentation, and support campaign organization.
- Recommend process improvements to streamline marketing execution.
- Provide some additional administrative support as needs evolve.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a similar relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, content production, or similar roles.
- Experience deploying content across email and social platforms.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Asana, or Monday.
- Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to maintain tone and consistency.
- Experience repurposing content across channels with attention to brand tone and visuals.
- Comfort working with content calendars, scheduling tools, and basic analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze content performance and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other marketing platforms.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.

- Experience working in small, fast-moving teams or purpose-driven brands.
