About the Role

RS Group is looking for a Marketing Manager Scandinavia to join our Copenhagen office. You will step into a key role, maintaining continuity and momentum across our marketing function in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway during a maternity cover period. You’ll be part of a small but highly collaborative team that works closely with colleagues across EMEA.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Marketing department for RS Components Scandinavia.
  • Maintain continuity and momentum across all marketing activities in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
  • Execute the agreed marketing strategy, annual marketing plans, and budgets.
  • Support RS’s digital‑first, multi‑channel marketing approach across the Scandinavian markets.
  • Strengthen brand awareness, enhance brand perception, and optimise customer experience and retention.
  • Lead and support the local marketing team, providing clear direction and regular progress follow‑ups.
  • Ensure team engagement, performance, and collaboration during the maternity cover period.
  • Collaborate with RoE marketing colleagues to deliver international campaigns.
  • Work with UK-based central delivery teams to adapt and localise marketing assets for Scandinavian markets.
  • Partner with local Sales and Supplier Management teams to support sponsorships, trade fairs, events, and local sales campaigns.
  • Participate as a member of the Scandinavian leadership team, contributing to discussions on people topics and commercial performance.
  • Attend leadership meetings and support internal communication of plans, priorities, and results.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong marketing background across B2B/B2C, with solid understanding of digital and offline channels, including eCommerce, SEM, and direct marketing.
  • Experience managing marketing projects end‑to‑end, with the ability to prioritise, coordinate, and deliver on time.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Experience leading and supporting teams, both locally and virtually, fostering collaboration and performance.
  • Ability to produce and optimise marketing content and media such as newsletters, landing pages, and campaign materials.
  • Fluency in Danish or Norwegian with proficient English and a proactive, energetic, solution‑oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Hands‑on familiarity with marketing tools and advantage working in agile or fast‑paced environments.

Team & Environment

You will report to the Country Manager Scandinavia, with a dotted line to the Head of Marketing RoE. You’ll be part of a small but highly collaborative marketing team in Copenhagen, working with colleagues across EMEA and UK-based central delivery teams.
