Responsibilities
- Define target customer profiles and execute inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns using marketing automation, tailored to specific industries, regions, and needs.
- Design and manage email marketing initiatives with audience segmentation to deliver personalized messaging and value propositions for diverse customer types.
- Produce original content across formats including website copy, emails, landing pages, and sales materials, applying SEO best practices to enhance visibility.
- Support sales teams by refining lead handoff processes and developing tools such as product presentations to shorten sales cycles; familiarity with sales methodologies like solution selling is required.
- Apply expertise in website design, user navigation, and content planning to guide persona-specific engagement and conversion.
- Analyze competitors through SWOT assessments and monitor market dynamics to inform strategic positioning.
- Develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns and collaborate with designers to bring them to life for both internal and external audiences.
- Produce monthly marketing performance reports, track project progress, highlight challenges, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support participation in key industry events, including booth planning, guest coordination, technical setup, and analyst engagement.
- Engage in internal communications, including sales and research analyst meetings, to align marketing with business insights.
- Lead social media initiatives to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership in the industry.
- Build and structure a new marketing team from the ground up.
