Dutch is hiring a Marketing Manager, Paid Social to lead strategic paid campaigns across major social platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our social advertising, from strategy and execution to analysis and optimization.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute paid social media strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage day-to-day operations of campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and creative testing
- Analyze campaign performance data to derive insights and drive continuous optimization
- Own reporting on key metrics and present results and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging best practices
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably in a B2C or DTC environment
- Proven expertise with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Deep analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of paid social KPIs, attribution models, and ROAS optimization
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience with paid social for brand launch or product growth phases
- Familiarity with social listening and community management tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page optimization
Technical Stack
- Platforms: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics
- Analytics & Visualization: Looker, Tableau, or similar
